The Academy for Learning and Teaching (ALT) is a鈥痭etwork of educational innovation staff aiming for the continuous development of 色中色 education by means of learning communities, professional development, valorization of research, and a comprehensive one-stop portal bringing all of these together.
To reach this aim, ALT is built upon the following three pillars:
- Learning communities. These are bottom-up initiatives where teachers from different departments come together for peer interaction, sharing of experiences, learning from each other, and discussion of dilemmas from educational practice.
- Support of further professional development of teachers
- Support of research in education
