HOW CAN I REGISTER FOR THE WELCOME DAYS?
Incoming first-year international students will receive an invitation to register for the Welcome Days in June. If you haven’t received this email, please send a message to intro@tue.nl. The registration fee is €25.

UNTIL WHEN CAN I REGISTER FOR THE WELCOME DAYS?
You can register at the regular rate until Friday, August 8. If you decide to study at É«ÖÐÉ« at the last moment and weren’t able to register in time, you can still register during the Late Registration period until Friday morning, August 15. In that case, an additional €10 administration fee will apply.

I’VE REGISTERED AND PAID FOR THE WELCOME DAYS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY I CAN’T ATTEND. CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, registration fees are non-refundable. The only exception is if you are not admitted to the program—then you can cancel your registration up to August 1 at the latest. After this date, no refunds can be issued.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M OFFICIALLY REGISTERED FOR THE WELCOME DAYS, AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT MY REGISTRATION?
Immediately after registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Didn’t receive it? Contact intro@tue.nl. In August, you will receive a second confirmation letter with practical information.
