Including materials, energy, transportation, health, and life itself.
For over 15 years, ICMS has stood as the epicenter where forward-thinking scientists converge. As the pioneer multidisciplinary institute at the Eindhoven University of Technology, we're on a continuous mission to catalyze the integration of research disciplines in the domains of advanced materials and engineering life. Together, we're pushing the boundaries of knowledge and innovation, leading the charge in groundbreaking discoveries.
Our mission is to push the frontiers of fundamental understanding in complex molecular systems to address urgent academic, industrial, and societal challenges. These challenges primarily relate to health technologies and the application of polymeric and soft materials. We achieve this by fostering interdisciplinary research within a dynamic and engaging environment that values personal initiative and collaborative effort.
