Dear future student,
For international students, we are organizing the Welcome Days, a special onboarding program. Participation is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend that you sign up! The Welcome Days are specially designed for all international Bachelor鈥檚 and Master鈥檚 students and focus on getting to know the Netherlands, Eindhoven, and the university.
The Welcome Days will take place on Friday, August 15, and Sunday, August 17.
Friday, August 15
We鈥檒l start with check-in, followed by presentations with essential information from the International Office. In addition, our international student community will introduce themselves and share valuable tips. We will also host an information market where you can learn more about Dutch banks, insurance, bike rentals, and other practical matters. You鈥檒l also have the opportunity to pick up your campus card, register at the sports center, and ask questions about your residence permit. Moreover, this day will help you quickly become familiar with Dutch customs and traditions. The morning will conclude with a joint lunch, giving you the chance to meet fellow students in an informal setting.
In the afternoon, we鈥檒l organize meet-up activities. These activities are designed to help you get to know each other better and explore the Netherlands.
Sunday, August 17
On Sunday, we鈥檒l host an additional meet-up with fun activities to help you get to know your fellow students better. There will be a lunch included in the program.
